If you are an expat and don’t want to have a longterm membership you can use the Onefit or Classpass app. These are two ways to discover your favorite workout in your area. A hot yoga class or a kickboxing class for example. You can even invite friends and share a class.

For example during the school vacation period, 14 July through 24 August, schools are closed and many people are on vacation. There is less traffic affecting public transport, especially in the rush hours.

In Amsterdam You can travel by bus, tram, metro, train and ferry.

The Parade travelling theatre festival returns every summer to tour the Netherlands with a rich array of artistic surprises.

The festival kicks off in Rotterdam and stops in The Hague and Utrecht before making its way to our fair city, rolling into Amsterdam’s Martin Luther Kingpark in August.
