Donna de Rover

I’m originally from the Netherlands, born in the charming town of Edam and raised in nearby Monnickendam. The region has always felt like home, but I’ve always had an eye for new challenges and environments, which naturally led me to my current role at Jimble.

As a client coordinator, I enjoy the variety and purpose this role brings. Every day is different, and that keeps things both interesting and motivating. I particularly value the chance to keep learning, take on diverse tasks, and contribute meaningfully to a team that supports others during big life transitions. Before joining Jimble, I worked in hospitality, which gave me the opportunity to connect with people from all walks of life. I loved the fast-paced environment and learned how to stay organized under pressure, communicate clearly, and always aim to support others.

My work style is hands-on, social, and people oriented. I thrive when I can collaborate with others, stay active, and move toward shared goals. Practical solutions and human connection are what keep me inspired and focused throughout the day.

My colleagues would describe me as friendly, curious, eager to learn, and someone who genuinely enjoys being part of a team. I value openness, positivity, and meaningful connection with coworkers and clients alike.

If I could relocate anywhere, I would choose Canada. I once took a road trip there and completely fell in love with the natural beauty, the wide open spaces, and especially the peaceful rhythm of life on Vancouver Island. It is the kind of place that stays with you.
