Jimble is a leading relocation agency based in Amsterdam, specializing in supporting multinationals, startups, and scale-ups with home finding and immigration services throughout the Netherlands. To strengthen our administrative team, we are looking for an All-round Administrative Assistant to keep our administration up-to-date and help modernize it, entirely remotely.
About the role
- Managing financial administration
- Invoicing and payment follow-up
- Updating and maintaining our CRM system
- Modernizing our administrative processes
- Providing general administrative support for efficient business operations
About you
You are a structured and proactive employee with experience in financial administration and CRM systems. Remote working is no problem for you; you communicate effectively and can work independently.
Our ideal candidate for the relocation consultant role;
- MBO level of education, preferably in an administrative or financial field
- At least 2 years of experience in financial administration and CRM systems
- Experience with invoicing processes
- Excellent command of Dutch and English, speaking and writing
- Independent, structured, and focused on process improvement
- Experience with remote working is a plus
