Eddil Jimenez-Mongui

“I’m an Afro-Colombian from the Pacific coast, where I grew up in a big family, surrounded by salsa music and the delicious seafood cooked by my mother. Almost two years ago, I moved to the Netherlands for love and personal growth, embracing a new chapter filled with challenges and opportunities.

In September 2023, I began a Master’s degree in Shipping and Transportation at Hogeschool Rotterdam, University of Applied Sciences. I’ve always been passionate about learning, constantly seeking new knowledge and experiences that help me grow both personally and professionally.

With a background in business administration, I chose to specialize in maritime operations, gaining valuable experience in port operations and project management. Now, at Jimble, I work as a Client Coordinator, overseeing our clients’ relocation processes and ensuring every step is handled with the highest level of care and efficiency. Most importantly, I strive to provide our clients with the best possible service throughout their journey to the Netherlands, making their transition smooth and stress-free.

I am a hard worker, always looking for ways to improve efficiency and sustainability, not just for the benefit of our clients but also for our team. I like to think of our clients as friends and my colleagues as family, creating an environment where everyone feels supported and valued.

New projects always excite me, especially when they involve teamwork. I love supporting my colleagues, collaborating to achieve a common goal, and sharing experiences along the way. Whether it’s over a cup of coffee, discussing the latest movie, or talking about the song I’m currently obsessed with, connecting with others is an important part of my day.

When it comes to relocation, I’m open to moving anywhere, as long as I can contribute to the organization and my personal growth. I see every move as an opportunity for a new adventure“.
