Jimble’s temporary housing options not only excel in aesthetic design but were also built with sustainability in mind. Our temporary housing properties were built on circular and sustainable principles that reuse materials and provide solar panel units. We take pride in providing our clients with sustainable temporary accommodations by utilizing energy-neutral methods, a smart thermal grid, climate adaptive features, and a nature-inclusive environment.
Sustainable transportation methods
Whether our consultants are performing orientation tours, our staff are attending business meetings, and even when we’re simply picking up a client to go to a viewing or registration appointment, we always show up in our company’s electric cars to help reduce the carbon footprint of travel.

Waste & recycling education
Once their permanent address is known, each assignee receives a waste guide as part of our standard service. We share waste collection guidance within their area, as well as recycling locations and governmental recycling efforts and guidelines, through this guide.
We support local communities and promote sustainable tourism
As part of their orientation stage with Jimble, our assignees receive access to our portal, which we’ve built to offer public transport information and local attractions for each area of the city.
After they have settled into their permanent home, each of our assignees receives a customized virtual tour of nearby local businesses and attractions, encouraging them to explore the local culture and engage in responsible travel practices. Furthermore, as a local company, we collaborate with local businesses and organizations to help the local economy.
Outside of some essential operations, we have drastically reduced our office paper use. We use and encourage digital solutions such as electronic documents and e-signature, email and online communication tools. Although these practices have significantly reduced paper usage, we hope to achieve a 100% paperless business model in the near future.
Within our office space and among our team, we will aim to promote sustainable food practices by sourcing local, organic, and fair trade products, as well as reducing food waste.
Additionally, we will encourage water conservation by implementing water-saving technologies and promoting water-efficient practices.
We are going to implement solutions to employ renewable energy sources within our headquarters to reduce our reliance on fossil fuels and promote sustainability.
In addition, to lessen our environment impact, we will employ energy-efficient technologies and sustainable building practices.
