Your role? An all-in-one superhero!

As a Relocation Consultant, you are the ultimate fixer for our clients. You make dreams come true, solve puzzles, and ensure people feel at home in the Netherlands in no time. From housing to BSN, from schools to sports clubs – you handle it!

What will you do? Open up a new world. (And that’s what makes it awesome.)

🏠 Housing – You find their home.

• Finding and viewing ideal properties.
• Negotiating, arranging contracts, and handing over the keys.

📄 Paperwork – You make it simple.

• From BSN to bank accounts and health insurance: you arrange it.
• Clearly explaining tax matters and setting up utilities.

🚗 Mobility – You get them moving.

• Arranging public transport cards, driving license swaps, or (lease)cars.
•  Not forgetting the indispensable Dutch bicycle.

🧡 Live like a local – You are their insider.

• Finding schools, doctors, and the best neighborhood spots.
• Explaining Dutch customs (yes, even about hagelslag).

🤝 Client Contact – You are their reliable point of contact.

• Thinking proactively and always having a solution ready.
• Creatively multitasking across different client files.

In short: you guide the entire adventure – from the first key to the feeling of being home.

You are:

✔ Knowledge of the Amsterdam housing landscape (and rental law) is a big plus.
